Pez Virginie
Virginie Pez holds a PhD from Université Paris-Dauphine (2010) and a habilitation to direct research (2018). After working in a consulting firm, she joined the Université Panthéon-Assas as Maître de Conférences in 2013, and later the Ecole Polytechnique, where she has worked part-time since 2018. Her research focuses on consumer behavior and customer experience, particularly in relation to digital, new technologies and mass data. She is the author of several academic and professional books and publications in these fields.
