i3-CRG Back-to-School Day
At the i3-CRG back-to-school day held on November 6 at the Château de Janvry, PhD students, lecturers and administrative staff gathered to welcome newcomers, share ideas and reflect on future developments. The day was marked by stimulating discussions in a convivial atmosphere.
Members of the laboratory were divided into teams to pursue the themes addressed in the plenary sessions.
New PhD students introduced themselves briefly. Welcome to Lara Abdel Halim, Natasha Buksh, Jean-Philippe Decka, Pedro Gomes Lopes, Chahine Hamila, Corentin Juin and Claire Trubert.
The laboratory also welcomes Matthieu Kwasniuk-Zélazny, research assistant at l'X, Mathias Béjean, research associate, who presented their career paths, and Lise Gastaldi, lecturer at the University of Aix-Marseille and LEST researcher on secondment for one year.
Chloé Steux, a former i3-CGS doctoral student, Camille Toussaint and Estelle Peyrard, former i3-CRG doctoral students who are now reinforcing the teaching team, talked about their research work.
Conviviality was not forgotten. The lunch break organized in the gardens in front of the superb Château de Janvry was a moment of relaxation and exchange between members.
At the end of the day, the working groups presented their recommendations and ideas to the other participants.
