Steyer Véronique
Véronique Steyer holds a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Europe, a PhD in Management Sciences from Université Paris Ouest and a PhD from ESCP Europe. She was a visiting researcher at the University of Warwick (UK), and also has experience as a management consultant. She has been a lecturer in the MIE department since September 2016. Her research explores how individual actions and interactions between actors construct organizational phenomena, and, more broadly, help shape the society in which we evolve. Primarily, she is interested in sensemaking in situations of change: transformations induced by the introduction of new technologies such as AI, the perception of a crisis or risk (pandemic, ecological transition). She has published numerous academic articles in journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Sociologie of Health and Illness, Energy Policy, Revue Française de Gestion, etc.
She directs the Master Projet Innovation Conception (PIC).
She is Vice-President of the Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship Department.
