She was a visiting researcher at the University of Warwick (UK), and also has experience as a management consultant. She has been a lecturer in the MIE department since September 2016. She has published numerous academic articles in journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Sociologie of Health and Illness, Energy Policy, Revue Française de Gestion, etc.
She directs the Master Projet Innovation Conception (PIC).
