Thèmes de recherche
Idea management
Idea management has become a central activity for organizations, helping them to develop their ability to attract, resilience and regenerate. This theme aims to study: strategies for legitimizing ideas in organizations, mechanisms for selecting ideas, managerial levers for managing ideas, and analyzing levers for understanding the future performance of innovative ideas.
Innovation intermediaries
Individual players, communities and collectives, meta-organizations: innovation intermediaries are present at different scales. While we know today that these players are key to building bridges between distant expertise, fields and networks, and that they will play a crucial role in managing transitions, we still don't know how to detect them, train them and support their development. This research theme aims to provide some answers to these questions, through research-intervention approaches.
