Delicik Ecem Bilge
I am a passionate researcher specializing in strategic innovation management, collaboration network analysis, emerging technologies, and their adoption. I am a postdoctoral researcher at Ecole Polytechnique, i3-CRG, and attached to Technology for Change Chair.
My work involves analyzing collaboration networks, linking collaborations to determinants of innovation, and assessing the implications for inventor and firm performance. In addition, I actively contribute to cutting-edge research projects, examining adoption patterns and transitioning to new technologies within firms and ecosystems. I have presented my work at renowned international conferences such as AOM, EGOS, DRUID, and R&D Management Conferences.

My research aims to advance our understanding of how within and between firm collaborations can be strategically formed and contribute to innovation performance and value creation. Moreover, my goal is to provide insights about the practical implementation and foresight of emerging technologies to improve organizational innovation performance.

Teaching
I have been teaching courses at the master’s level (Grande Ecole Program) for the past three years, in Paris and Sophia Antipolis campuses of Skema Business School in France. I taught around 150 hours in the last two years to classes consisting of groups of 35 – 40 students with various backgrounds and experiences.
My teaching interests span Strategic Innovation Management, Knowledge Base and Innovation, Technology Adoption, Social Network Analytics, and Econometrics. I am willing to teach these courses at different levels such as individual, team, organizational, entrepreneurial, ecosystem, etc.
