Estelle worked for 11 years in large companies, on organization and information systems deployment projects. She completed a CIFRE thesis at APF France Handicap, where she is now in charge of the TechLab alongside her teaching and research activities.

Inclusive innovation

Estelle's research focuses on inclusion in innovation. She is particularly interested in product coding with people with disabilities. She studies the ethical issues raised by codesign approaches and the type of knowledge mobilized by users.
