Nicolas Mottis, Professor at l'X in the Department of Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (MIE) at the École polytechnique, played the game of "Rayon X, lumière sur les scientifiques". Without preparation, he answered questions, serious or otherwise, to help us better understand his job as a researcher in innovation management. By answering some serious questions, and others that are much less so, they demystify their work, research, and talk about what drives them and their daily lives (recognition, teamwork, diversity, transmission, trust, etc.).
