Estelle Rémondeau's research is based on case studies carried out at Safran. The aim is to guide the adaptation of agile approaches to the project context in industrial companies designing complex systems.

This research was presented as part of the session on the technological dimension of R&D management.

Estelle Rémondeau wrote this article as part of her i3-CRG (Centre de recherche en gestion) doctoral studies at École Polytechnique, Institut Polytechnique de Paris. She would like to thank her thesis supervisor, Prof. Lenfle Sylvain and Prof. Christophe Midler, who made this research possible.
