This research aims at guiding how agile approaches should be adapted according to the context of the project they face. It is based on case studies conducted within Safran - Defense.

This paper was presented in the track: Contextual Specificity in R&D Management. I am truly grateful to the chairs of this track. This thesis was defended in March 2023.
