Research topics
Personalization
My research focuses on the organizational issues raised by the personalization of commercial and public activities. The concept of managing singularity on a large scale deals with personalized relations and responses to demand.
Patient pathways
My research focuses on coordination issues in the organization of patient care pathways (hospital-city-home), working on the skills required, and the conceptualizations of coordination.
Digital healthcare
My research focuses on the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence applications in healthcare. In particular, I study the forms of dialogue between the tool and the healthcare professional, with a view to increasing or substituting expertise, and the practices used to legitimize digital innovation.
Uncertainty management
My research focuses on how to manage radical uncertainty. This leads me to propose a framework based on pragmatist inquiry and the attitudes of Faillibilism and anti-dualistic.
