Christophe Midler, alumnus of the Ecole polytechnique and Doctor of Management, is CNRS Emeritus Research Director at the Centre de Recherche en Gestion - I3 polytechnique IPP. His research focuses on innovation strategies, project organization, R&D and inter-firm cooperation in design. He is Professor of Innovation Management at the Ecole Polytechnique in the Master Projet Innovation Conception that he created in 2002.
He is a member of several national and international academic networks: European Academy of Management (EURAM), Program on Vehicle and Mobility Innovation (PVMI), GERPISA (Groupement de Recherche sur l'industrie automobile) International Research Network on Organizing by Project (IRNOP). He is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the International Journal of Project Management and of the Editorial Board of the Project Management Journal.
He is a member of the French Academy of Technologies, has an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Umea (Sweden) and received the Research Achievement Award from the Project Management Institute in 2013.

Teaching

Christophe Midler teaches in the Master PIC, X's executive master, the exed course Piloter un projet d'innovation. He also teaches a project management course at Mohammed VI Polytechnique University in Morocco.
