Hamila Chahine
French, Canadian and Tunisian citizen; basically Parisian and international. I have worked in consulting throughout the world for various international institutions, including the European Commission and the United Nations. I have designed and implemented strategies and information systems on a national scale in fields as diverse as renewable energies, justice, elections and identity management. I am also the founder of a software development automation startup (Odeev). I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science from Paris-Saclay (with a thesis in the field of natural language processing), a Master's degree in Business Administration specialized in finance (my thesis was on venture capital) from Concordia University (Canada), a DESS in Management from McGill University (Canada), an Executive MBA from Insead (GEMBA14), and an Executive Master's degree from École Polytechnique (E2021).

Research topics
My research focuses on high-growth entrepreneurs starting out in constrained environments. It involves understanding their decision-making processes and how they overcome constraints by exploiting available resources. I also examine their impact on their environment, creating an ecosystem more conducive to entrepreneurship.
