What kind of hospital management model for 2025?

How can we integrate medical innovations and take advantage of digital advances? There's no shortage of questions to answer when we set out to find a hospital management model adapted to today's challenges. Fabrice Barlesi (CEO Gustave Roussy), Jérôme Nouzarède (Co-founder ElsanCare) and Frédéric Varnier (CEO Caen University Hospital) will be on hand to answer these questions. Élisabeth Hubert (former French Minister of Health) and Étienne Minvielle (Director of the Centre de Recherche en Gestion de l'Ecole Polytechnique) will moderate. A presentation of the scientific evidence on hospital performance factors will serve as a basis for discussion.
