Research topics
Management of collective action.
Various forms of collective action are explored (meta-organizations, commoning, polycentrism in major challenges, management of the Covid crisis by the healthcare system).
Relationships as a managerial reality.
Research conducted with Magali Ayache looks at what it means to manage a relationship. Coaching and franchising have been studied in recent years.
Philosophy of managerial action.
Based on philosophies of action (pragmatism, Blondel, Arendt, Austin, Ryle, Weinberger), strategies and the articulation of language and action are studied in a variety of contexts.
Epistemology and methodology of qualitative research.
Qualitative research has been rethought as comprehensive (in the tradition of Weber and Popper), and elements of the methodological approach have been redefined (coding, narration, description).
