Colin Laure
Laure Colin holds a master's degree in Management and Organizational Dynamics (Université Paris Nanterre - ESCP - Ecole des MinesParisTech- École Polytechnique). Since September 2021, she has been a doctoral student at the Centre de Recherche en Gestion. Attached to the Centre Interdisciplinaire d'Etudes pour la Défense et la Sécurité (CIEDS - Institut Polytechnique de Paris), her research focuses on innovation management systems in the defense sector, both in France and internationally.

Relations between startups and the Ministry of the Armed Forces
The first research theme of the thesis concerns the study of relations between startups and the French Ministry of the Armed Forces. The aim is to characterize the open innovation links between civilian players, industrialists and the French Ministry of the Armed Forces. A comparison with the British ecosystem is currently underway.
The second line of research focuses on the valorization of knowledge from past projects and its reuse in current projects within the French ecosystem. One case study in particular is that of projects linked to the development of the exoskeleton.
