Research topics
Exploration-exploitation articulation in innovation projects and organization
Numerous studies have highlighted the differences between knowledge exploration and exploitation processes, and the importance of exploration dynamics in innovation, particularly breakthrough innovation. However, the management of exploration dynamics and their coexistence with exploitation processes has yet to be studied. We have analyzed this at the level of exploration programs, at the level of hybrid projects, and also at the level of entities dedicated to exploration innovation.

Territorial anchoring of innovation
Whether it's the location of markets or development teams, they have a strong impact on the organization of innovation processes, the partnerships that are forged, the breakthroughs introduced, and the deployment of innovation after the first commercial introductions.
