    - horizontal resolution 140 nm
    - vertical resolution 2 nm
    - lenses 5x, 20x, 50x, 150x
     
  2. Telops HD-IR Infrared camera:
    - high speed: up to 100 Hz
    -     high spatial resolution: 1280×1024 pixels of 15 μm
    - high thermal resolution: 25mK
    - specially-made 4× telecentric lens (yielding a spatial resolution of 3.75 μm)
