The Laboratory for Optics & Biosciences has been selected to participate in the MecaCell3D INSERM Booster program. This 1.5 M€ program started in April 2023. It brings together an interdisciplinary consortium of 17 teams aiming at developing new quantitative methods to investigate three-dimensional cellular assemblies, taking into account their individual or collective mechanical properties. In particular, the LOB will develop the imaging of human organoids in collaboration with Michel Pucéat (MMG, INSERM U1251, Marseille) and Sonia Stefanovic (C2VN, INSERM U1263, Marseille).
