• Cu source
• Theta-theta Bragg-Brentano geometry with a spinner or a XYZ motorized stage (possibility to map the surface by XRD, the spot size of the X-Ray beam is few millimeters)
• High temperature chamber (room temperature – 1600°C) Anton Paar HTK 16N. The sample is deposit on a Pt foil and can be analyzed under air or primary vacuum.
• Controlled humidity and temperature chamber (room temperature - 80°C in controlled humidity conditions (5 - 95% RH) / -5°C - 400°C in dry air condition) Anton Paar CHC Plus
• Parallel beam geometry (elliptic Göbel mirror) for transmission measurements through capillary
• 1D LynxEye XE-T detector. This detector has a reduced energy discrimination window, which removes the fluorescence signal and the Kbeta lines.
