Compensation rights

It is important to recall that article 11 of the French law No. 2005-102 dated 12th February 2005 stipulates that "a disabled person has the right to compensation for the consequences of his or her disability, whatever the origin and nature of the disability and his or her age or lifestyle."

It is therefore compulsory for all organisations to take the necessary steps to provide access within a reasonable timeframe to any information and functionalities a disabled person requires, whether the content is subject to exemptions or not. Users must be given the option of requesting accessible alternative content on the help page via an easily-accessible contact method such as an e-mail address or a contact form.

You can help us improve the site's accessibility by reporting any problems you may encounter by contactig us on our contact form.
