Raja SEN from the TSM group has been awarded the best poster price for the presentation of his poster, entitled "Ab initio calculations of electronic transport properties and of the thermoelectric phonon drag effect in semiconductors" at the GDR NAME  plenary session of October 2021. The work, which focuses on understanding the themoeleletric phonon-drag effect, was performed in the framework of CEA ANCRE project, titled "Enhancing thermoelectric properties at the nanoscale: theoretical and experimental study of the role of interface between substrate and thin film". The project continues thanks to Ecole Polytechnique funding Junior Post-doc.
