Registration to attend the conference takes place from March 15th through the ConfTool Platform using the link below:

Registration is open to everyone, whether you are presenting a paper or just want to attend the conference.

Should you be willing to pay by debit/credit card (Visa or MasterCard), please note that this is a two step process: once you have registered using ConfTool, you will receive within three working days an email with a link enabling you to process the payment through the École Polytechnique payment platform. Please ensure to rapidly complete the payment using the link provided, as the link only remains valid for a period of seven days.

If after three working days you still have not received this email, please check your spam/junk mailbox, and if it is not there, get in touch with us (rndmconf2019[at]polytechnique.fr).

Please note that you will only be effectively registered once payment has been received.

Please also note that speaker registration closes on May 31st, at which point all accepted papers must have at least one author registered, short of which they will be removed from the conference programme. If you are presenting at the conference, please ensure to initiate the registration process well before this date, so that payment can be received at this date. Hence, we advise authors of accepted papers to register no later than May 25th.

Conference fees

For academics

The conference fees include: conference material, coffee breaks, lunches, private bus shuttles from Paris-Place d'Italie to Ecole Polytechnique, welcome and social events and Gala Dinner.

* Student registration fees are discounted as a result of a generous subsidy provided by RADMA (for the first 50 students registered) and by the organising institutions – École Polytechnique and HEC Paris (for the remaining ones).
Please note you are only eligible for the student fee if you are a MSc or a PhD student in the academic year 2018-2019. A certificate of enrolment or a letter signed by your program director or supervisor should be sent to us by e-mail at rndmconf2019[at]polytechnique.fr

For accompanying persons

We are very pleased to announce that registration for the R&D Management 2019 social events for accompanying persons is now open.

Several options are available. Guests may join you for either of the main social events – the Cocktail dinner taking place at Musée des Arts et Métiers in the historical city centre of Paris on Wednesday 19 June or the Gala dinner at École Polytechnique on Thursday 20 June – for a price of €100 per person, or for a price of €200, they can enjoy a full social event pass and attend any of the four social events of the conference (the Welcome cocktail at École Polytechnique on June 18, Cocktail dinner at Musée des Arts et Métiers  on June 19, Gala dinner at École Polytechnique on June 20, and Closing cocktail at École Polytechnique on June 21).
