Paris Airports

- Orly airport (ORY)

Public transports: 2 itineraries possible:
> Orly VAL to Antony + RER B to Massy-Palaiseau (combined ticket price is €12,10 for Paris / €11,25 for Massy) + cf infra Access using public transport.
Duration is approximately 50 min.
> Bus Albatrans 91.10 direct to Polytechnique Lozère (ticket price is €2).
Duration is approximately 1 hour.

Taxi journey time to Ecole Polytechnique is around 30 min. and the cost is approximately €30-€40.

- Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG)

RER B to Massy-Palaiseau (then cf infra Access using public transport). Duration is approximately 1 hour and price is €13,10.

Taxi journey time to Ecole Polytechnique is around 50 min-1 hour depending on traffic, and the cost is between €80 and €120.

Conference shuttles will depart every morning from Place d'Italie and return every evening from Ecole Polytechnique at the end of the sessions.

Otherwise, you can access using public transports from Paris:
Take the RER B towards Saint-Rémy-Les-Chevreuses, Massy-Palaiseau, or Orsay Ville.
then 2 itineraries are possible: from the Massy-Palaiseau station (strongly recommended) or the Lozère station.
> From Massy-Palaiseau station (Map of Massy Palaiseau station and bus stops)
At the station, take the "Albatrans" 91.06B, 91.06C (do not board 91.06A or 91.06D), or 91.10 bus (Timetable for the Transessonne buses and map of the bus stops for the 91.06 on campus) and exit at Polytechnique Lozère. You are now on the Polytechnique Campus. Follow the signs to the conference venue. 
Duration: 10 min.
> From Lozère station (Map of the Lozère station) you can reach the Polytechnique campus on foot within 15-20 minutes , but be aware that it entails a significant walk uphill (75 metres – approx. 300 steps). Once arrived on campus, follow the signs to the conference venue.

From ISPIM 2019 Conference

If you are planning to attend the 2019 R&D Management Conference, you may also wish to participate in the ISPIM 2019 Conference taking place in Florence just prior to R&D Management Conference. There are regular flights from Florence to Paris Orly, which is located very close to HEC and Ecole Polytechnique, the conference venue.  Direct flights are less than 2 hours operated by the airline vueling from Florence to Orly – see the times below* and check the website for booking.  Other airlines operate regular flights to Charles de Gaulle which is around one hour from HEC.
