As a part of the R&D Management Conference, we have been able to negotiate a special discounted rate – €175 for four nights (from Tuesday, June 18 to Saturday, June 22) – for conference delegates for single rooms located on the Polytechnique campus, at the ENSTA ParisTech residence (500m away/7 min walk from the conference venue – the Ecole Polytechnique main building). Please note that there are only 85 rooms available, and they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure to book yours as soon as possible.

Please also note that €175 is a flat rate for four nights and that there is no tariff offered for shorter stays, which means that the price remains at €175 even if you stay one to three nights.

Once the booking is made, you will be provided with the access key to your room at the conference registration desk at your arrival.

Please ensure to check out before 12:00 on Saturday, June 22. To check out, just leave your access key at the PC SECURITE (security desk, open 24/7).

The room is fitted with a single bed, a desk, a bedside table, a chair, and a wardrobe. It also includes:

• A kitchenette with a fridge, electric hob, microwave, and sink.
• A bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
• Linen (pillow and pillowcase, sheets, duvet) is provided. 
• Free WiFi.

The following items are not provided:

• Toiletry kit and towels.
• Tableware and cookware.
