The industry registration fees for the R&D Management Conference 2019 are as follow

The full conference pass includes access to all the sessions during the three days of the conference (19–21 June), as well as breakfast and lunch (served at the conference venue on June 19, 20 and 21) and four networking dinner events (June 18, 19, 20 and 21), as well as an access to the complimentary shuttle service from Paris historical centre to the conference venue.
1-day passes provide access to all the sessions taking place on a particular day, as well as to the breakfast, lunch and dinner event, and shuttle service on that day. Please note that passes, whether full or 1-day, are individual and can only be used by the registrant. Company passes (enabling several people from the same company to use the same pass at different times) are available upon request (rndmconf2019[at]polytechnique.fr).

Please note that registration to the conference is open to everyone. You do not need to give a talk to attend the event (registration fees are the same for all, presenters or not). Furthermore, as industry participants, you will be provided with a list of talks, workshops and sessions handpicked for you for their relevance to practice. You will also be provided access to exclusive Master Classes given by some of the best researchers in the field.

Conversely, please note that registration is mandatory for all speakers. If the talk proposal you submitted is selected, you (or a colleague) must have registered by June, 5 for your talk to be included in the final programme.
