Whole-brain functional imaging in zebrafish larvae

Researchers from the Laboratoire d’optique et biosciences (LOB, CNRS/Polytechnique/Inserm, Palaiseau) and the Laboratoire Jean Perrin (LJP, CNRS/UPMC, Paris) have shown that two-photon light-sheet microscopy makes it possible to study brain-wide activity with cellular resolution in zebrafish larvae in response to visual stimulations.
