Carbon nanotubes dispersions (inks) for printable electronics
Actually, carbon nanotubes represent a new type of nanomaterial that does not exist in traditional bulk form. The same holds for semiconductor nanowires. Random carbon nanotube networks are the thin film equivalent form of CNTs. By exploiting the percolation effect devices could be made from such films exhibiting stunning characteristics(especially considering their relatively simple processing conditions) although such characteristics (carrier mobility, subthreshold slope...) are not as good as those of counterpart devices obtained with individual SWNT specimens.
