Description du thème
Nous utilisons et développons des techniques de spectroscopie exploitant des lasers femtosecondes afin de comprendre comment les modifications structurales des protéines contribuent au déroulement d’une réaction biologique. L'association d'impulsions ultra-brèves infrarouges et de technologies femtosecondes élaborées comme le contrôle cohérent et la spectroscopie cohérente constitue un outil très puissant pour l'étude de la dynamique femtoseconde de systèmes biologiques comme les hémoprotéines.
