Multimode optical fibres are very efficient optical information pipelines, as they have the largest information content for a given size. Recent advances in wavefront shaping have enabled multimode fibres to act as lensless endoscopes, providing both light focusing and signal transfer at the same time. I will present our recent work on fluorescence and Raman imaging through single multimode fibre both in raster scanning and wide-field imaging modes.
