High resolution imaging of red blood cells and oxygenation in biological tissues.
Researchers from the Laboratory of Optics and Biosciences (LOB) of the Ecole Polytechnique in collaboration with a team from the Pasteur Institute have developed a brand new multiphoton imaging method to detect red blood cells and probe their oxygenation state in living organisms.
