- Mass spectrometer with quadrupole trap (Varian Saturn 2000) coupled with a (CP-3800) and a pyrolyzer
- HPLC (Waters Module 2690), UPLC (Waters Acquity) with a fraction collector (Waters Fraction Collector III) and nano-LC (Agilent Series 1100) coupled with mass spectrometers
- Mass spectrometer with quadrupole time-of-flight (Waters Q-TOF Premier with ESI and nano-ESI sources)
- Mass spectrometer FT-ICR with ESI, APPI and nano-ESI sources (Bruker solariX 9.4T Paracell) et d’un robot de nano-injection Nanomate Triversa (Advion) et MALDI, et couplé à un laser Nd : Yag (NT 200, Ekspla)
